If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking price.
This fee also applies to missed appointments (no-shows).
